  • Locally produced and hand processed.

  • Bees are maintained naturally and NOT treated with antibiotics and/or any other chemicals

  • At harvest time frames are uncapped by scraping manually; no heat is applied

  • Raw honey is NOT heated and/or pasteurized, retaining its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as its multiple antioxidants
